  I had a CT pelvic/ abdomen scan and the Lady was very nice and helpful. I had an appointment and was seen right away. Monterey Park staff were very rude and had bad customer service. I prefer the City of Industry location, because they try to help you with a pleasant and friendly customer service. I would go to this location in the future. Thank you CT rep lady

  While I was there, I was astounded by what I had to witness. I saw an old Chinese lady trying to seek for assistance in asking the customer service representative at the front desk. She kindly asked in Chinese, "Do you Speak Chinese?" The front desk representative did not reply and proceeded to ignore. Then the old lady kindly asked again, "Can you help me because I don't speak English? Can you please have someone who speaks Chinese to help me?" After several attempts from the old lady, finally the front desk representative replied in Chinese, "No! I am not the one who'll help you!" Then she proceeded to continue with her typing on her computer with ignoring the old lady. After awhile, the old lady went back to her seat then the front desk representative started saying "What the Fuxx is wrong with her! She expects everyone to speak Chinese here! Fuxx! Fuxx she keeps coming back asking me the same fuxxing questions! Fuxx if I keep answering the stupid questions I never finish my fuxxing work! She was fuxxing here and there all over the place ..." This was the Worst, I mean beyond worst situation I've ever had to witness in going anywhere.
