  When I went in the evening at about 6pm service was extremely slow. There were 2 young ladies working at that time and we were the only customers in line. It seems like they were occupied filling online orders. Which I understand but what about the real life people in the shop.
  
  Granted while the wait time was substantial the sandwich was good. The young lady that finally assisted us did apologize for the wait... which I appreciate but still doesn't make up for it.
