  Made a reservation to pick up a truck weeks in advance for our family's move. Show up to pick up the truck on time, told it's still en route from a transfer from LA.
  What's the point of making a pickup reservation and paying in advance if you still have to sit around and wait for over an hour for your rental to even arrive!? Then the truck had tire damage, and the trailer pin was broken. 2.5 hours later we finally had a truck to use.
  Penske, this was far from a good experience and you've definitely lost this customer. Wasted our family's time, including family who waited hours to help us load.
